Shipping policy

Plan early! The 2020 holiday season is expected to be busy for everyone, including our shipping providers. Orders placed after December 15th, 2020 may not arrive before Christmas Day.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM Pacific Time will typically be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the following business day**. Orders placed over the weekend* will typically be processed and shipped out the following Monday.

Please note that we can sometimes experience delays due to an increased volume of orders on certain days. We currently recognize all bank holidays and therefore are closed on those days. Holidays are not considered a business day**.

Shipping Methods

Currently, our shipping methods are as follows:

  • USPS First Class (1-3 business days)
  • FedEx SmartPost (4-7 business days)
  • FedEx Ground (3-5 business days)

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order. Shipping rates are based on weight, the number of Wyze products ordered, and your selected delivery address. Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process. We do not offer the ability to select a shipping option for your order. We also do not currently offer any expedited shipping options. 

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, it may take 11-15 business days to receive your order. 

Track Your Order

To check your order status, log in to your account. In My Orders select View Order of the items you would like to track. This will take you to the order details where you can now select Track your order.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your address when ordering, we are unable to fix an incorrect shipping address on an order once it is in transit.  If your order is in transit with an incorrect address, please reach out to your carrier to reroute the package.  Wyze is not able to have packages rerouted or contact the carrier on your behalf.

Refunds will not be issued for packages that were shipped to an incorrect address, but it may be possible for a replacement package to be sent. Please contact our support team to see if you are eligible.

International Shipping

Shipping is only available within the United States and Puerto Rico. We are not able to ship to other U.S. territories and military bases at this time. If you are based in a US territory or military base, you can purchase Wyze products on Amazon.com and they should be available to ship to you directly. We hope to expand outside the US in the future, but we don’t have a timeline for when that will be available.

Early Access

If you have purchased an Early Access product, note that this item will not ship until after a specified date. Early Access products do not fall under the standard shipping policy highlighted on this page as they are pre-order items, purchased before public release. You will be notified via email once your Early Access item has shipped.

*Definition of weekends: Wyze Labs Inc’s definition of weekends are Saturday and Sundays. **Definition of business days: Wyze Labs Inc’s definition of business days are Monday through Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.
