Certain settings for the Wyze Lock require that you be connected to it via Bluetooth to change. This is because some of the settings aren't communicated through our servers, and are instead stored directly on the Lock.

Check your phone or tablet's Bluetooth and WiFi
To change certain settings, you need to be connected to the Lock via Bluetooth. Please make sure your phone's Bluetooth and WiFi settings are enabled.
Make sure you are within range
Since Bluetooth has limited range, make sure you're near enough to the Lock for your phone or tablet to connect via Bluetooth. We can't give an exact range here since the effective range of Bluetooth relies heavily on the phone or tablet being used.
