You can change the email address for your Wyze account in the Wyze app.
Note: As soon as you change your email address, you will have to sign into your Wyze account again with your new email address.
To change your email address:
- In the Wyze app, tap Account.
- Tap Email.
- On the Change email screen, tap New email address.
- Enter your new email address and your current Wyze account password.
- Tap Change email.
- Tap the < back button to return to the Account screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out to sign out of your account.
- Then, sign in to your account with your new email address.
Once changed, you will have to sign in with your new email address on every device you have the Wyze app on.
**Once the email address has been changed, the order history from the previous email address will no longer be accessible.
