Wyze Robot Vacuum is offline in the Wyze app

Make sure it's within WiFi range.

If Wyze Robot Vacuum is offline in the Wyze app, confirm that both the vacuum and the charging port are within WiFi range and connected to power.

Then check the Wyze app. If you only have a Wyze Robot Vacuum, and it's still offline, try some basic troubleshooting. 

  • Check your connection to the Internet.
  • Disconnect from the internet, then reconnect.
  • Reset your internet connection.
