UPDATE: A former version of this article detailed a scenario where Wyze Robot Vacuum devices that weren’t set up and updated before 1/20/2021 would need a hardware replacement. A workaround was implemented prior to this date to avoid the need for any hardware replacements. We apologize for the late edit. To ensure a smooth set up process and continued operation of your Wyze Robot Vacuum, please make sure that your Wyze app and Wyze Robot Vacuum’s firmware are fully updated.
